Pilates Barre In this class you will strengthen, lengthen, align and tone. You will spend time on both the barre and your mat incorporating small weights and props throughout the class. Modifications will be offered. All levels welcome.
Pilates Strength & Balance This class will increase core strength and improve your flexibility and balance. Various levels are offered throughout the class making it available to beginners and on going students. We will incorporate props and light weights throughout the class and end with gentle stretching.
Yogilates Enjoy the benefits of both yoga and pilates! In this class you will flow with your breath through a series of yoga postures improving your balance and flexibility. Adding in pilates mat work to strengthen your core. You are encouraged to work at your own level. Modifications and props will be offered.

Pilates + Barre + Yoga
Yin Yoga A passive practice where each asana (posture) is held for several minutes. The asanas are a variation of classical yoga postures. This holding is non-muscular and instead targets our deeper tissues, such as our bones, joints and the deep facia tissue. To help each student find the edge of their own resistance, props and alternative postures are suggested so they are challenged in a safe and secure manner.
Flow Yoga Adding movement to your practice you will flow with your breath from posture to posture. During this practice you will stretch, align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.
Gentle Somatic Yoga Gentle Somatic Yoga incorporates slow, mindful movements that heal long held, tension based psychosomatic patterns and/injuries. Therapeutic and corrective exercises called Somatic Movement Flows erase chronic muscle pain and significantly increase flexibility through using the healing power of awareness.
